1. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, hashed password, membership tier, and identifiers received from Titan Tools when you sign in with it.
- Content you provide: the messages, prompts, files, and instructions you send to the assistant.
- Connected-account data: when you connect a third-party account (Amazon via Titan Tools, Google, or Slack), we access data from that service on your behalf to perform the actions you request. See “Third-party connected accounts” and “Google user data” below.
- Usage and device data: log data, device and browser information, and analytics used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
2. Third-party connected accounts
Connecting an account is always your choice, and you can disconnect it at any time from the Connectors page. When you disconnect, we revoke the associated access and stop accessing that service.
- Amazon / Titan Tools: advertising, listing, and sales data used to power PPC, catalog, and analytics features.
- Slack: used to post messages you ask the assistant to send.
- Google (Gmail, Drive, Calendar): described in detail in the next section.
3. Google user data (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar)
When you choose to connect a Google account, Titan AI accesses limited Google data through Google’s APIs solely to perform the assistant actions you request. You grant this access through Google’s standard OAuth consent screen, and you can revoke it at any time from the Connectors page or from your Google Account permissions.
What we access and why
- Account identity: your Google account’s email address, used to identify which Google account is connected and to prevent duplicate connections.
- Gmail: read and search your messages to answer your questions and summarize threads, and create drafts on your behalf. Titan AI creates drafts only; it does not send email on your behalf.
- Google Drive: find and read your files, and create or edit files when you ask us to.
- Google Calendar: read, create, update, and delete the events you ask the assistant to manage.
How we use it
We use Google user data only to provide the user-facing features you invoke in your session. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
Storage, access, and retention
- Google access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) and are used only to make the API calls your requests require.
- Humans do not read your Google data except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) as necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or (c) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
- We retain Google tokens only while your connector is active. When you disconnect the Google connector or delete your account, we revoke the tokens and delete stored Google data associated with the connection.
Limited Use
Titan AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other application will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, secure, and improve the assistant and its features; to personalize responses to your business; to prevent fraud and abuse; to communicate with you about the service; and to comply with our legal obligations.
5. How we share information
- Service providers and sub-processors: companies that host and operate the service (for example, cloud hosting and AI model providers), under contractual confidentiality and only to provide the service to you.
- No sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share Google user data except as needed to provide the features you request, for security or legal reasons, or as you direct.
- Legal and safety: to comply with applicable law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of our users, the public, or Titan.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. You can disconnect any connector at any time, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting [email protected].
7. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256 for OAuth tokens), access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, for example, the EEA and UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can disconnect connectors at any time from the Connectors page. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected].
9. International users
Titan is based in the United States. By using Titan AI, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
10. Children
Titan AI is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
