You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Your account
You may access the Service using a Titan Tools / Titan Network account or by registering directly. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. The Service
Titan AI is an AI-powered assistant that helps Amazon and ecommerce sellers with tasks such as PPC, listings, and analytics. When you connect third-party accounts, the assistant can retrieve information from and take actions within those accounts, limited to the permissions you grant.
4. Connected accounts and third-party services
You may choose to connect third-party accounts, including Amazon (via Titan Tools), Google (Gmail, Drive, Calendar), and Slack. By connecting an account, you authorize Titan AI to access it and act on your behalf within the scopes you approve. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies (for example, Google’s and Amazon’s), and our handling of the data we access is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the actions you instruct the assistant to take, and you can disconnect any account at any time.
5. AI output: no professional advice
The Service uses artificial intelligence and may produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your situation. Output is provided for informational purposes only and is not professional, legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it or before allowing the assistant to take actions in your connected accounts.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- violate the rights of others or the policies of connected platforms (including Amazon and Google);
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its security;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code, except as permitted by law; or
- use the Service to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, and content (excluding your content), is owned by Titan and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
8. Fees and subscriptions
Some features require an active Titan Network membership or subscription. Applicable pricing, billing, and renewal terms are those presented to you at sign-up or as part of your membership.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Titan harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes arising under them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United States, consistent with the Titan Network Terms & Conditions.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
